2008 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
The Napa Valley is the more fruit-forward of our two Cabernets from this
vintage. Though approachable now it should age quite well for at least
the next 5 years. This wine, like the others, will show some sediment
over the next few years as it, like all our wines, was bottled un-fined
and unfiltered. Considering this, we suggest that you stand it upright
for several hours prior to serving.

2008 Cuvee Rothchild Cabernet Sauvignon
This wine is a best-barrel selection of our Napa Valley Cabernet. We
went through and selected just the best barrels to make this wine. Some
barrels might have had more fruit, others more structure but the end
result was a wine that exhibited all the best qualities the lot had to
offer. Though it will drink well young, we intend this wine to be aged
and consumed over the next 5-10 years. It was bottled with no fining or
filtration so we would recommend that you stand the bottle upright
before pouring.

2009 Durell Vineyard Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
The 2009 Durell is comprised entirely of old Wente selection—shot
clusters, exhibiting the classic hens and chicks pattern that defines
this California heritage selection. This wine was fermented with all
native yeasts for both primary and ML fermentation, and aged on its
original lees for 15 months with minimal intervention and sulfuring. It
was then bottled un-fined and unfiltered. Over time, this Chardonnay
will eventually throw some sediment but should evolve gracefully for at
least another 3-5 years.
